Company Profile  Shane Duff - Director
In recent years Shane has seen trends in the mortgage industry changing towards providers that are able to keep up with business regulations and give new focus to the sector, including client relationship skills. After decades of shifting attitudes towards traditional lenders there was an opportunity in the industry for a positive alternative for customers. This required personal service from a quality provider who could make it easy. So, after 34 years in the retail sector Shane became an Accredited Mortgage Consultant.
Shane has used his knowledge from the retail area to build a business focusing on strong partnerships, open communication, genuine interest and client support. Shane's core principals include continually striving for innovative services, fast and easy loans, personal service and an outstanding customer culture.
Shane has a Bachelor of Business and Diploma in Financial Services.
Shane Duff is also a JP (Commissioner of Declarations) which again will "make it easy" when it comes to certifying your ID.
Shane was a finalist at the MFAA awards for 'Mortgage Broker of the Year 2008'.
  Quang Tran - Director
Quang graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science. Upon completion he worked treating cancer patients in a specialised oncology department. Quang joined the Financial Services industry in 2001 offering boutique financial planning advice to diverse clients who wanted to make a change in their lives. He realised there was a need for more choice for clients in order to achieve their goals and objectives. It was just as much about the lifestyle as it was about achieving wealth. He holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is an Authorised Representative of Wealthsure Financial Services.
 Jonathan Salter - Specialist Agent
Jonathan entered the Mortgage Industry over 10 years ago and has been working for the FBI Group for several years. Jonathan has been a resident of Bulimba for over 30 years & has a good knowledge of the property market as well as positive cash flow investment strategies. Jonathan is friendly and easy going while also professional, and he is committed to providing an outstanding service 7 days a week. Jonathan is accredited with a large number lenders and is also a full member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
 Joshua Thistlewaite - Specialist Agent
Joshua holds a Certificate IV in Business Management and a Certificate IV in Finance. He has been investing in residential property since 2001. Joshua specialises in company and trust purchases and has a full understanding of asset protection strategies. Joshua has many affiliate partners to offer a value added service to his clients. He is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
